Appointment Cancellations
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service.
“No-show” appointments — when a guest neither arrives nor notifies us — will be charged 100% of the service cost and may require prepayment for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Arrivals 15 minutes late or more may need to be rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients.
If rescheduling isn’t possible, the appointment may be shortened but charged in full.
Refunds
Prepaid services or deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future booking if the cancellation meets our notice period.
Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases at management’s discretion.
Online Bookings
Appointments made through our online system (Amelia) can be canceled or rescheduled by clicking the link in your confirmation email or by logging into your client dashboard.
You’ll receive a confirmation once your cancellation is successfully processed.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.
Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may require advance payment for future bookings.
Group or Bridal Bookings
For group, event, or bridal bookings, a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date.
Our Commitment
We respect every client’s schedule and ensure our team is prepared and ready for you at your booked time. This policy helps us maintain fairness and quality service for everyone.
All payments for salon services are final and non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
If you are not satisfied with your result, please notify your stylist or beautician before leaving the salon, and we will do our best to make necessary adjustments.
Any corrections or touch-ups requested after leaving the salon will be at the discretion of management and may incur additional charges.
Service dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund, but we are always happy to offer a follow-up consultation or correction appointment when appropriate.
By booking an appointment or purchasing a service, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and quality of service for all our valued clients.
Appointments
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
A confirmation message or email will be sent once your booking is finalized.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment to ensure a relaxed start.
Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
Deposits & Payments
Some services may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Deposits are credited toward your total service amount on the day of your appointment.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice, though we’ll always inform you in advance when possible.
We accept cash and approved digital payments.

Gift Cards & Packages
Gift cards and prepaid packages are valid only until their expiry date and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
Health & Safety
Please inform our staff of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service begins.
The salon follows strict hygiene and sterilization practices for your safety.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may pose a risk to your health or the stylist’s safety.
Children & Guests
To maintain a peaceful and safe environment, we kindly ask that children and guests not receiving a service remain in the waiting area.
We are not responsible for unattended children within the salon.
Photos & Promotions
With your permission, we may take before and after photos of your services for promotional use.
You can request not to have your photos used at any time.
